ORGANIC FLOUR
In 1998 Prairie Flour Mills Ltd. achieved Organic Processor Status, and has been working with local farmers and grain elevators to source a consistent supply of quality organic wheat. We understand our responsibility as a company to promote and encourage sustainable agriculture. Our commitment towards the stewardship of the land we farm is evident in every bag of Prairie Organic Flour. We currently offer the following lines of organic flours:

All organic flours are untreated and available in all standard bag sizes as well as bulk. As with our flours, we also produce custom formulations of organic flours to meet our customer’s special needs.
BULK FLOUR
In addition to packaged flour, we have the ability to serve commercial bakeries requiring flour shipments via bulk tankers. The same exacting standards we strive for in our bag flour is maintained in meeting flour specifications for all bulk shipments. High-yielding and consistent flour are requirements of major food manufacturers and are achieved with Prairie Flour Mills flours.
WHEAT SEMOLINA
A specialty product milled from the endosperm of Canadian Red Spring Wheat, in course or fine granulation. Wheat semolina is rich in protein and iron, making it suitable for a variety of applications. Available in bulk totes.
